11月8日(土)より本屋青旗にて、ソウルを拠点に活動するイラストレーター、キム・スジン（Sujin Kim）による展覧会「What Time Is It ?」を開催します。

本展は「時間」をテーマに制作されたドローイングと陶器の作品で構成されます。私たちが今ここにいる感覚を見つめ直すきっかけとなるような、ユーモラスな作品をご覧いただけます。会場では、作品集やステッカー、キーリングなどのグッズに加え、ドローイングおよび陶器ほか作品の販売も行います。

この展覧会は「時間」をテーマに、24時間の中で過ぎ去っていく思考、感情、そして小さな瞬間を捉えたドローイング作品を紹介します。「今、何時？」という問いは、単に時計を確認する行為のように思えるかもしれませんが、時には私たちを立ち止まらせ、自分が今どこにいて、どう感じているかを考えさせることがあります。この展覧会では、そうした「今」の感覚を、静かに、時には軽やかに、ドローイングを通して表現しようと試みました。

"What Time Is It?", an exhibition by Seoul-based illustrator Sujin Kim, will be on view at Aohata Bookstore beginning Saturday, November 8th.

This exhibition consists of drawings and ceramic works created under the theme of 'time'. Visitors can enjoy humorous works that serve as an opportunity to reflect on our sense of being 'here and now'. In addition to merchandise such as art books, stickers, and keyrings, the original drawings, ceramics, and other works will also be available for sale at the venue.

This exhibition takes ‘time’ as its theme and features drawings that capture thoughts, emotions, and small moments that pass by during a 24-hour day. The question, “What time is it now?” might seem like a simple way to check the clock, but sometimes it makes us pause and think about where we are and how we feel. In this exhibition, I tried to express that sense of ‘now’ quietly, and sometimes lightly, through drawing.
