写真家、濱田晋の作品集。

「主にポートレイト・ドキュメンタリー・取材の分野で撮影を行う。」
写真家濱田晋のプロフィールを起点に、約一年にわたり一冊の本が完成するまでの過程を記録し、その記録自体を本の内容としたドキュメンタリー・フォトブック。
立体物や映像など写真以外の表現方法も用いて広く活動する濱田の、ものづくりに対するモチベーションやその手法を、本というメディアを通じて自己言及的に可視化した内容となっている。本書は、濱田とデザインスタジオ Tanuki の協働による出版物『岩、紙、風』（2020年刊）に続く第二弾として企画された。

“Working mainly in portrait, documentary, and editorial photography.”

This documentary photobook records the year-long process of creating a single book, using photographer Shin Hamada’s profile as its starting point. The process itself becomes the content of the book.
Hamada works across a wide range of media, including objects and video as well as photography. Through this book, his motivations and methods for making things are made visible in a self-referential way.
This book is the second collaboration between Hamada and the design studio Tanuki, following ”Rock, Paper, Wind“ (2020).
