A monograph documenting the work of leading Taiwanese graphic designer Aaron Nieh from 2003 to 2009. It was published as a companion to #tag 沒有代表作 which covers his work from 2009 to 2015. This volume, titled Re_ 沒有代表作, focuses on Nieh’s earliest professional output, created between the ages of 26 and 32, including books, CD jackets, and other printed matter.
Nieh is a designer known for creating visuals that possess both strength and clarity, as seen in his recent art direction for campaign visuals for Tsai Ing-wen's 2016 presidential election, and the "WHO can help? Taiwan" opinion piece in The New York Times. Echoing its companion volume, the book’s title impressivly signals the artist's forward-looking philosophy: that his masterpiece is always yet to come. It is a comprehensive collection covering the dawn of this influential designer's career.
