写真家、川島小鳥の作品集。作家が8歳から住んでいる東京を主な舞台に、約20年間に渡って撮影された写真群が400ページにわたりまとめられています。人物が主役となることが多かったそれまでの写真集とは異なり、風景写真を中心にキャリア初期からの未発表作品を多く収録。デザインは米山菜津子が手がけ、その後の『ソウルメイト』『サランラン』につながる一冊です。

A photobook by photographer Kotori Kawashima. This 400-page volume chronicles the artist's two-decade-long relationship with Tokyo, the city the artist has lived in since eight years old. In a significant departure from the intimate portraits for which it was celebrated, this book delves into the landscapes of everyday surroundings. The book offers a rare insight into his artistic development, featuring a rich collection of previously unpublished images from the very beginning of career. Design by Natsuko Yoneyama, paving the way for celebrated later projects, such as s(e)oul mate and Sa-lanlan.
